Our company, aiming to facilitate your transactions and offer prompt service, provides the following payment options:
A) CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We only ship within Greece, and therefore the cash on delivery option is available only domestically. The cost of payment via COD is €3 and payment is made upon receipt of your parcel via ACS or through a secure banking transaction environment in the case of BOX NOW.

B) CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
By selecting payment via credit or debit or prepaid card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover), you will be redirected to the Nexi service, which offers a highly secure method of card payments.
The transaction is completed quickly, and no personal information, including your card details, is stored by our company.
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Nexi XPay” of Nexi Payments Greece
S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information
until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
C) BANK TRANSFER
You may choose to pay for your order via bank deposit to our account at ALPHA BANK.
The deposit must be made within 2 days from the date of order placement, and the order number and your full name must be stated as the reason for the deposit.

Note: All bank fees and charges incurred when making a transfer from a bank other than ALPHA BANK are the responsibility of the customer. No fees apply to transfers within ALPHA BANK.
