You have the right to return the products you purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date they were shipped.
Α) Returning a product for personal reasons (not due to company error)
You may return a product for any reason, provided it is in its original condition: unused, unopened, and undamaged. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return, primarily for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process:
Step 1: Read our Return Policy to ensure the product is eligible for return.
Step 2: Send the product within 14 days of receiving it, along with the return form and proof of purchase. Shipping can be done via ACS or BOX NOW. If you choose BOX NOW, you can follow all the steps here.

Β) Return due to company error or defective product
If the company has sent a wrong or a defective product, you have the right to return it and choose either a refund or a replacement with the same product.
Return Process:
Step 1: Contact us via email at [email protected] providing a description of the issue, a relevant photo and your order number.
Step 2: nd the product promptly, including the return form and proof of purchase, using ACS or BOX NOW. In case you choose return with BOX NOW you can follow all the steps here.
Please note that shipping costs in this case are initially paid by the customer and will be refunded only if the issue is confirmed, to the IBAN account provided by the customer.
The refund process begins once the returned items are received and verified. You will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be issued within fourteen (14) business days from the date of receipt.
